• For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed installment plan.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide a written notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of services at least 48 hours in advance.
• For canceled services, any non-refundable charges incurred will be deducted before a refund is processed.

4. Service Warranty

• Our services come with a warranty period as specified in the service agreement.
• Warranty is valid only if the system or equipment is used as per the guidelines provided during installation or repair.
• Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Liability

• Rukhsar Ahmed Technical Services will not be held liable for damages arising due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
• Any liability for damages will be limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Customer Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their requirements.
• Clients must ensure safe access to the site and provide necessary permissions for carrying out the agreed services.

7. Confidentiality

• We respect client confidentiality and ensure that all sensitive information is handled with utmost care.
• Any data shared by clients will only be used for providing the agreed services and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

9. Modifications to Terms

• Rukhsar Ahmed Technical Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes that impact their services.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or grievances will be resolved amicably through discussion or mediation. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to legal authorities as per UAE law.
